Orders & Returns

When placing an order with Amossweets.com, you will receive an order receipt confirmation email to confirm we have received your order and actively processing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with your shipment tracking information, including tracking number. If you have a registered account on Amossweets.com, you can further check the status of your order by logging into my account.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

 

If you have any questions about your order or need to make changes, please contact Customer Care at support@amos-sweets.com in 24hours. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in order processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Please note if the order is already in the postal system, we are unable to adjust the address and it is your responsibility to collect the order from the provided shipping address.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays).

Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

Food items purchased on Amossweets.com nonrefundable unless the product arrives damaged or is undelivered due to our fault.

 

If food items arrive damaged or contains an error, please contact Customer Care at service@amos-sweets.com. Please make sure to keep the product as photos will be needed to be sent to customer service. If you are unable to send photos, unfortunatley, we will not be able to send a replacement or issue a refund. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. Depending on the item(s), we may provide a pre-paid shipping return label. If you don’t live near a drop box or location, we will schedule a pickup from your location at our expense.

Refunds are credited to the credit card used for the original purchase at the price you originally paid for the purchased item(s), excluding shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds can sometimes take up to 3-5 business days to be reflected. If it has been longer than 5 business days and you still don’t see your refund, please contact us for assistance.  For PayPal orders, refunds are issued immediately.

 

For refunded or damaged items, you received as a gift, we will send out a replacement of the same item. In case that item is out of stock, you will be able to choose an item of the same price value.

 

Orders placed more than 30 days from the order delivery date are not eligible for refunds.
