  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE
    Your order will be on its way soon and fulfilled with Amazon. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders!
  • IN-STORE PICKUP
    Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO.
  • DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA AND HAWAII?
    Sorry that Amos 4D doesn't provide shipping service to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
  • SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S. 
    At this time, purchases and shipping on this website are available for US addresses only. But Amos 4D has found good offline sale in other countries like Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, etc.

  • How do I check the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we DO NOT accept returns.

Still, we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer. If your order arrive damaged or contains an error, Please drop us an Email at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition within 15 days from receiving your order.
